Will I have have to pay any closing costs?

Absolutely not! We will cover all normal closing costs associated with the sale of the home including title policy and escrow fees. What you see is what you get!

What if my home is in really bad condition?

We buy houses in any condition!

What if I inherited the home without a will?

This is very common! We use an excellent title company who will assist in making sure a smooth transaction takes place even if you inherited the home without a will!

How quickly can you close?

We often can close in as little as a week!

What if I have not found where I am moving to yet?

We are happy to give you as much time as you need to find your new home!

I have too much stuff…can I leave some behind?

Absolutely! Leave any items you are not wanting to take with you and we will dispose of them after closing.

What if I am already in pre-foreclosure?

It’s not too late! Most foreclosures can be stopped once you have an executed contract. Contact us ASAP if this is the case.
